Minute book containing minutes of the Court of Assistants of the Governer and Company (London Lead Company) including extracts of the foundation charter dated 4 Oct 1692, details of the interests of the Bristol Company, including purchase of lead from Wales, 14 Oct 1692 – 4 April 1695, re-formation of the Company, 10 Feb 1705 with the incorporation of the Royal Mines Copper, 27 Feb 1705 and the Ryton Company, including Alston Moor Mines, 15 May 1705, 14 Oct 1692 – 4 April 1695, 10 Feb 1705 – 16 May 1706.
