Sir Charles Lorraine of Kirkharle Bart, Robert Johnson of Byker, gent, and George Johnson of Willington, viewer, of the coal under Little Benton in the parish of Longbenton, liberty to make an outstroke into East Benton Colliery and liberty to erect buildings, waggonways etc necessary for the extraction of the coal.
