Inspeximus of Elizabeth I granting a 21 year lease of coal mines in Benwell and Stumplewood formerly in the possession of Tynemouth Priory, to Thomas Stynte and the executors of Joanne Hayworde, widow, reciting previous agreements from 1544 and inquisition of 1563.
