Henry Pulleine of Carlton Hall Esq, Richard Biglands of Gloucester, Ann Durford, widow, and John Walker, now of Paris, devisees under the will of Lancelot Stodart, late of Newcastle, saddler and 2. George Johnson of Byker, viewer, Robert Smith of Plessey, gent, and William Row of Newcastle, merchant, for a lease for 31 years from 1 May 1790 of their interest in the coal under Spanish Closes and Heaton Royalty. Certain rent £500 p.a. with additional rents dependent on production
